Click Download on the banner you want, then upload in LinkedIn: Profile → camera icon on banner → Upload photo (personal), or Company page → Edit → upload banner.
Files are JPEG at 2× LinkedIn's target size so retina displays stay sharp after LinkedIn's re-encode — personal banners are 3168 × 792, company banners are 2256 × 382. No logos overlaid — the TBC name and profile photo do that job inside LinkedIn's UI.
