Gmail Email Signatures

Brand-consistent templates ready to copy and paste

How to Use

  1. Pick a variation below and click Copy signature. The formatted signature (including the logo) is now on your clipboard.
  2. In Gmail, open Settings → See all settings → General and scroll to the Signature section.
  3. Create a new signature (or edit an existing one), click into the editor, and paste with Cmd+V.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. Send yourself a test email to confirm the logo loads.
Logos are served from the CDN (brand.twobearcapital.com), so the image comes through Gmail automatically — no manual upload needed. Replace the placeholder name, title, phone, email, and LinkedIn URL with your own before or after pasting.
Tip: Use Chrome on macOS for the cleanest paste — Helvetica Neue renders natively and table layout carries over verbatim.

Best for: Dark-mode email contexts or themed newsletters. Uses the color-on-dark horizontal logo. Note: Gmail does not natively support dark background signatures — this is best suited for HTML email templates or marketing contexts.
Fonts: Helvetica Neue (body), with Arial as the Gmail-safe fallback. Gmail strips external font imports, so these signatures use system fonts only.
Colors: Brand green (#00b451), purple (#7e57c5), blue (#0097ce), orange (#f18a00), near-black (#100F0D). Links use TBC Blue.
Images: Logos reference the brand-kit CDN (https://brand.twobearcapital.com/svg/...) so they render in Gmail without a manual upload step.
